BAGPIPES STAGE 2
Prerequisite
Stage 1 Bagpipes competed to the satisfaction of your tutor.
You must own your own practice chanter.
Commitment
1 x class per week
1 x One-on-One ½ hour lesson per week.
Description
During Stage 2 Bagpipes you will learn basic bagpipe competence,
further embellishments and more basic tunes to play on the bagpipe.
You are also expected to study for and sit the Preliminary Piping
Examination. You will learn to play basic tunes and exercises
together
with other pipers together with basic pipebandsmenship and drill.

Practice Chanter (must be purchased)
A set of bagpipes (hired or purchased)

Class Term Fees $50.00
One-on-One Term Fees $150.00

What
Happens Next?
Once you have completed the requirements of Stage 2, you will
be able to move up to Stage 3.
